Face lit channel letters are individually fabricated 3D letters, each with its own metal housing, translucent acrylic face, and internal LED module array. As you will see in the video, the LED modules are mounted inside each letter return and shine light directly through the acrylic face producing a clean, uniform glow across the entire face of every letter.

Backlit channel letters also called reverse channel letters or halo lit signs are built with an opaque front face and a transparent back. As the video shows, the LED modules mount inside the letter and project light outward through the back, casting a continuous halo glow across the mounting surface behind each letter. The letter itself reads as a solid, dimensional form by day, and at night the halo effect creates a floating appearance that is unmistakably high-end.

Front and back lit channel letters combine both illumination methods in a single letter. The video shows how the letter is built with a translucent acrylic face on the front AND a transparent back. So LED modules inside each letter produce a glowing face visible from the front while simultaneously projecting a halo glow onto the mounting surface behind. The result is the most visually impactful channel letter sign we manufacture, visible and attention-grabbing from every angle in every lighting condition.

RGB channel letters have LED modules inside each letter that are full-spectrum RGB units rather than single-color LEDs. As the video demonstrates, this means every letter can display any color in the visible spectrum and the color can be changed on demand from a smartphone app or a remote. You can program static colors, gradients, color cycling for seasons, or promotions.

Metal letter signs are solid three-dimensional letters fabricated from aluminum or stainless steel no illumination, no electrical components, just precision-cut and finished dimensional letters. As the video shows, each letter is cut from flat stock, formed into a three-dimensional shape, and finished to the specified surface treatment: brushed, painted, powder-coated, or raw metal.
